It matters to many employers to see what the candidate submitted originally (in addition to her Proven profile). How did she organize her resume? Is the information clearly laid out?
Making the original submission available also gives the candidate the best shot at getting her skills and personality across to the employer.
For these reasons, we have now made it possible for employers to toggle back and forth between the candidate’s profile and their original submission.
