Job Statistics: Understanding the Lifetime Value of Your Posting

We are constantly trying to make our customers lives easier and make a better hiring experience. One of the problems with posting to different job board services is that unless you get a lot of candidates or find someone you want to hire, it’s difficult to know what you’re getting for your money. Is anyone even reading your job post? Are your requirements too specific and they are scaring off potential applicants? Did you post on the best day to maximize your views?
Jobs on job boards that are chronological typically see a substantial drop in views after the first 12 to 24 hours. To help our customers monitor the visibility of their jobs, we’ve released a graphical statistics view displaying how many views their job is receiving on 3rd party job boards, on Proven.com and how many applicants have submitted each day during the lifetime of the job.
We hope that these stats will help customers determine whether they need to tweak their job post descriptions, titles or possibly re-post on a different day.
We collect a lot of data about your job postings. Is there other information you would like to see?
