Sunday…Funday…and Restaurant Job Post Day?
We love spending time with our customers in their environment. We learn a lot about them and get to breathe in their air and feel their challenges firsthand.
In talking with a restauranteur yesterday, she shared with me that she likes to post jobs on Sundays and sometimes Mondays. This is because many restaurant employees have Monday off, and that is the day when they are most likely to look for a job.
This can vary by industry, and a few different studies have shown that Wednesday is the best day to post jobs.
